World Blacksmith

Not like the combining weapon someone suggested with tons of hits, i am introducing... the black smith, collect special weapon parts with levels, and special effects! +100% Fire Damage... blah blah blah, with the current levels of cities, they are like.... no use at all to display, so we now have a use for it!!! the black smiths will be at the level they are supposed to be in and can only use the item that is in the level range, like in detlas, 0-10, in troms, 0-60/70, anyways, it does cost e's depending on the item and QUALITY and can be named :D, or atleast be unique so we don't have like 500 people using maelstorm. anyways. here's the things beneath about the black smith.

How Will The Actual Weapon Level Be Made?
depending on the amount of parts to make a weapon, decided by grian, it's basically 80+80+80=240 Divided By 3, because of the 80's, and you have a bow that's level 80.
