World Better Chests

    For some reason there is a glitch where chests (daily reward and loot I-IV) only have 4-6 emeralds. It used to have legendaries but suddenly it became poop. Literally poop.

    The rewards are randomized. Also, you're mostly gonna be getting gear from tiers 3 and 4 and those hardly ever have legendaries. Getting legendaries from loot chests/daily rewards easily would be ridiculously overpowered.

    Anyway. Also this isn't a suggestion.
    And like @Tantibus said... the rewards are randomized.
    Also basically everything I was about to say was what Tantibus said... :/
