    Summary:
    You cannot hear certain words like "Fuck" in a normal chat, yet those words manage ti get past private messaging, party mssaaging, and guild chat in /toggle swears and /toggle insults

    So make the chat filter work for ALL types of chat in /toggle swears

    EDIT:
    This can also include swearing from NPCs (except for the word hell)
