It might not be the best but it is up there, I can solo both Qira and Wybel with releative ease. It also shreds in PvP. One of the best, my personal favourite.

 

sorry to say there is "a best" at all, it's all up to build. for example, i could claim apoc is the best for the soloing, because it does neutral the exploding with the fuck tons of mobs makes it do insane damage, and I basically will never die because of life steal. really its up to how you play the game. this was a dumb question to ask anyways

You can try with Lament (wand)
No is the best weapon, but it's one of the bests for solo bosses, like Death (well... one of the best wands for solo Death xD) or Qira
-A lot of mana
-Insane water spell damage
-1/4 spell cost
-10/4s mana steal

(But I recommend have other wand more (Bonder, Hive Wand, Morrowind...); a lot of Mythic weapons are weakness with X enemies
