Coordinates? Level 41-50?
And this is a pretty short list imo, there are a LOT of grind spots besides these that work about as well in general, but for certain builds they're just a lot more efficient. This is especially noticeable for 80+
Molten man cave is insanely good for water builds, from there you can go to the old dogun city if you're fine with dealing with that terrain, you can go to the small cave beneath Frozen Heights. From there you would likely want to go to the dragonlings of the depths spot. Assassins with any build can take a Rewind and proceed to 3 shot the mobs with spin attack for easy XP, and despite what is said in the original post it's rather easy to get to from Ahmsord with a horse, and easy to walk back there as well

So in general you might want to consider breaking up the levels a bit more, and for a lot of levels 70 and below dungeons are a great way to get xp, especially with wisdom pots, as well as the dungeon rewards.
