Same here. I always died right at the end of the Undyne fight.
Then after Sans, I never had trouble with any enemy again... (Not literally, I did a reset. (._.))

Dark Souls Gwyn Lord of Cinder

 

Hands down, Avalanche Abaasy from Xenoblade Chronicles. Your level cap is 99. This thing is level 120. That's saying something right there, as its the hardest superboss in the game. And people have killed it at level 60.

 

I think Wynn has some pretty sweet bosses, but Bowser in Mario is really fun!

 

Every Megaman boss makes my list, plus Demise from Skyward Sword (Zelda), and Red from Pokémon Soul Silver & Heart Gold.

 

I like Super Mario Sunshine because Bowser looked the biggest there I think.

Weissman fight in Trails in the Sky Second Chapter. Wasn't a hard fight, but after two games of about roughly 150~ hours together, it was a good feeling to whack him around for his 2~ hour long fight

 

Reflux from Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc. The look and feel of the arena, the ominous music, and the epicness of the fight are what makes it a boss battle done right. This would be a great way to do a boss battle in Wynncraft.

 

Killing Rodrigo Borgia in AC2. I really liked the part where you clearly killed him except you didn't, the part where you pucnhed him a couple of times and then ran around in circles until the dialogue is finished, and the part where he killed himself.

I really liked the Moon Lord from Terraria. He's the biggest boss in game, has an amazing design and he drops the best weapons in the game.

 

Well, Terraria has some of the best boss fights hands down, combat is done amazingly in that game, and the bosses are really creative.
Personally I really like the skeletron prime fight, it's not the hardest boss, not by far, but it's a really fun one to fight.
So, yeah, I'm going with Skeletron Prime.
