If in doubt you can O-Lily spell spam, and if you are on a budget O-Lily Morph is pretty consistent

 

The mana on that is a tad low, but prolly fine honestly with chain lightning. Could prolly be "fixed" by subbing intensity for dhydro.

I'd switch moon pool with dhydro ring or megabyte with dragon's eye bracelet or dhydro bracelet to get 129 intel
