Bank System Rework

Hello my suggestion is pretty simple so i wont need to explain a lot of things.

I think it could be very interesting to add worldwide bank slots while the others are only for your actual character.

For exemple when you go into your bank with your archer class you will have few slots where you can add items to share with your other classes instead of sharing all your bank slots.

With this system we can start more new character without having to worry about filling all your bank slots with items that you dont need on this class
