Ban Appeal Help W/ Old Transferred Account

One or two years ago I transferred my rank to my newest account and the original was banned. Losing access to my main character level 60 something. I was very unpleased. I have been trying to send a ban appeal but the username has changed since the banning. The account that is banned's name is SuperAielloBros at the moment. I would appreciate any and all help on this matter.

 

It's the only way they could've done a rank transfer. I'm sorry but you will not be able to appeal for this(I think)

 

It's not going to be unbanned. It was banned because you transferred rank, so unless you want to transfer it back again, for some reason, it's staying banned.
