Game Mechanics Baleful Blizzard / Arrow Wall Description Changes

    The Boltslinger archetype starts with 2 Guardian Angels, but can have up to 4 will the Arrow wall ability.
    The ability reads as follows:

    "Gives Arrow Shield +2 extra charges. Guardian Angels will deal -40% damage.

    Now lets take a look at Baleful Blizzard:

    Ice Storm: "Arrow Shield and Snowstorm's radius increase by 6 blocks. Arrow Shield's charges are doubled, but no longer give defense."

    (Snowstorm and Arrow Shield's radius increase are irrelevant to the discussion.)
    If Baleful Blizzard functioned exactly how the Major ID described, then Boltslinger should be able to have 4 Guardian Angels, or 8 with Arrow wall
    (yes, I understand it would probably be absurdly broken and could probably just be capped at 4 if gameplay changes were made off this).
    My point is that there is no grammatical consistency in the current ability tree. Arrow shield's charges are now being misconstrued for Guardian Angel count.
    I believe that Baleful Blizzard is meant for vanilla Arrow Shield and that this behavior is intentional, but it needs clarification on its Major ID, or Arrow wall's ability needs to be rewritten to include both Arrow Shield and Guardian Angel specific changes. As it stands now, Arrow Wall doesn't even mention increasing Guardian Angel count (even though it does).
