Warrior/Knight Help Balanced warrior walk speed build

Hello, I'm looking for balanced warrior build with decent walk speed (something about 70%).

I would prefer it not to be that potato as I want to use it as a regular/main set-up.
Thanks to everyone who is willing to help me out as I'm bad at creating builds at all :)

 

So what are the restrictions - Can you do LI, have you done Qira, what (if any) mythics are allowed, can you use crafteds?

oh wait you have to use ws nvm

 

it kinda does the same thing, but zephra has -mr and -ls, also harwrol gets tankier most of the time

 

maybe but its also fast attack speed which is not as great for rawstack

 

so we can say that its partial tierstack and rawstack (it just uses an extra recalcitrance)

 

Everything except of crafteds (ye I know I could have make the post better, but I suck at it =))
