also also negative agility is fine, im not one of those noskill archers who purely rely on agility ;)

Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): Don't care
Level (range or exact, your choice):Level 76, trying to beat Bob
Budget: 10LE but have lots of legendary armor around level 60-80
PvE, PvP, PvB?: PvB (mainly trying to beat Bob for the dagger)
