Specific Elements (isn't necessary if you only want a certain playstyle but don't care about elements): Thunder/Earth, though if you can't fit that, it's perfectly fine to ignore this part.
Level (range or exact, your choice): 1-100
Budget: Only Petrified Horror, I have all Hive except Anima-Infused/Contrast, no Mythic armor, no corrupted dungeon armor except for Centipede and whatever is at CSST. LI is fine as I can get any item there. I'm LE poor now, but I can probably find most items or buy some of them if I don't already have them.
PvE, PvP, PvB?: PvE/PvB, more to see if there's an actual good, viable build for PH that can do more than 4k bomb arrows.

I tried making one myself, but let's just say it didn't go so well. Pet Horror got such a stat change and it looks like a really fun weapon to use.
