I thought about using Physalis, but Leitreach Makani deals with the -air defense better (and has more walkspeed and agi). I don't want pure damage, because then my survivability would be way too low and it's why I didn't just spam the build with tier attack items.

But I'm not sure what else I could do to improve this.
