In the trade market there are the "Selling" and "Buying" prefix.
What if you are just looking for auctions?

Here comes my idea..:

There should be an "Auction" besides the "Selling" and "Buying" prefixes... You could just look for cheap items without a fixed price.​

Good things:

-) It would be easy to programm on the web
-) You could find auctions much faster (Same with 'normal' sales)
-) You could search for non-fixed-prices​

Bad things:

-) There might be some shops that have fixed prices and auctions included, there this prefix would not help
-) You couldn't just look for general sales​

Yes, but there is a difference between selling, and an auction, because auctions the price isn't fixed.
And, yes, the price isn't necessarily fixed for non-auctions, but it is still a different thing.

I don't really see the need to add it; since if you're auctioning an item you're still selling it to somebody regardless.
If there are any bids, that is.

 

Well, you are still selling it, but in a diffrent way..
Imagine a situation where you are searching for the prefex selling and just find auctions you never planned to lock for? What if you were just looking for normal shops, instead you just find them combined with auctions, which you are not interested in?
If you could select selling without including the auction prefix you would easier find what you were actually looking for.

 

It seems as if a lot of people either say in the title of the post that it's in auction, or within the title of their shop they note that it's a shop, and some items are auctions. Or in the rules of the shop if they decide to put any.
Also you can literally click on the "Selling" part of a shop or whatnot and it brings you to posts that have been tagged with the "Selling" part in the title.

 

Those people don't need to put it there anymore..
And you can achieve to find "Selling" only shops(without auctions) on complicated ways, but the prefix is the simplest, in my mind..

 

No! Stupid idea! sounds a little harsh. Might I suggest changing it to "Nah" or "pls no?"

Click on "Forum tools" or "Thread tools" ( I forgot which one it is) underneath the poll, and the options should be "Edit title" and "Edit poll."

 

Below the poll there the "Thread tools" button, but when I click on it, the only options that come are "Edit title" and "Delete Thread"...
In the left upper corner of the poll there is a button that says "Edit" --> When I click on the Poll change windows opens.. There is no option to change the name of "Poll choice"..
