Welcome to episode 3 of "Shit Anime I Watch While Grinding Professions"
I haven't done one of these in a while, but you can expect more frequent submissions in the near future. As came summer, came also my summer rat phase. This refers to my yearly tradition of asking anime recs from a couple IRLs, then binging through them, no matter how shit they may be.

To start off, I watched Seikon no Qwaser. It was bad.
Seikon no Qwaser tells of super people using the power of the periodic table to fight each other, powered by sucking tits. That is not a joke, the plot revolves heavily around "soma", power obtainable through sucking luscious breasts. There were so many nipples and sexual scenes in this that I can't believe it's not a hentai.

If you remember my Mm! review, you can relate a lot of my critiques of it onto Seikon no Qwaser directly. It's exactly what you'd think about when you think of "shit anime." Character development simply isn't there, the story is pulled by convenient devices and coincidences and there really isn't anything to pull viewers in beneath the surface level of "tits and action"

Biggest positive this show had was its second opening, "Baptize" by Yousei Teikoku, but I'm just biased. That's not something to attribute to the show itself, anyway.
Overall, I can't recommend this anime to anyone. If you're in the mood for 2D tits, just go watch an actual hentai instead.
