yeah, for quake
other powders give more base but imo quake is more important.

 

Why not curse or courage
It doesn’t have an impressive melee hit damage for quake

 

curse and courage don't affect raw melee damage - if you want to boost 56-70 and 39-48 base damages with percentages then be my guest

according to my probably not-so-accurate calculations, even on my hero build, which does happen to have decent elemental damages, quake gives more overall dps than courage.

https://wynndata.tk/s/mbd4iq erm you can use more sp slap (e.g. prowess, prism) in oreder to hit 129 int. not quite as tanky as morph, but damage is sort of high (be aware of elemental defenses though, you don't have good pierce)
