I like the build but it feels too glass cannon like. Could you suggest a build that's more tanky? Also, while I did mention I wanted some walkspeed, I didn't need to have like a large amount. I'd rather have more survivability than walk speed. A little walkspeed is all I need. I know alkatraz has a bunch of negative stat ids, but maybe there's a build that can still provide fairly good tankyness while retaining good dps? Sorry, should've been more specific.

I have a question, if Ihave a super slow bow, my spells will be op since spells work as multiplyers to the base dmg, so with some mana steal build, a super slow bow is game breaking?

 

your attack speed works as a multiplier for the spells, so slower weapons have a smaller multiplier than faster weapons. this has resulted in fast weapons being generally better for spell damage , though slow weapons have better elemental defence piercing. as a side note, the attack tier id does not affect these multipiers

and as it seems you may be under a misconception: mana steal is only activated by melee attacks
