Any Class Atlas Inc Build Aid

Class: Archer
Playstyle: Spell (spell spam if possible)
Budget: No mythics (you could post an alternative with mythics included), LI items allowed, and Hive items allowed
Extra toppings: I’ve got a really nice Memento, so I’m pretty sure it would be more viable over Capricorn. I’ll be using this for wars and LI (hopefully be able to solo it as well), so if it’s thunder orientated, a secondary water weapon would be nice to deal with Cybel.

 

memento is kind of a pain cus of the -life steal, ls being a really important stat especially for wars
anyway for wars this works really well but too bad it's thunder/fire aka perfectly blocked by cybel but i guess you can use like a misconduct secondary (picked misc over ttide since it has at least a mana regen and the damage is about the same) you can use mpc instead of stratus for higher mr but also a small bit of -ws

extra toppings: Thunder, if possible

 

extra sp goes to agi
heres a high speed one, damage is about the same or better due to curse. the ls should counter the -hpr but you can also just have a stinger secondary

so since your budget says no hive it prolly means you havent done hive
moral of the story: go do hive

right and since the first build uses coral ring the hive water item you can just use anything else til you get it it's not a vital part of the build. same thing with lightning flash on the second build

 

Does this solo li? Seems like it'd get crushed at cybel

 

nah, neither thunder or fire defences are that bad, it's got 75 agi and cybel has no resistance to earth damage, which the damage deals
the chances of surviving through cybel with this are just about average or slightly better thanks to high damage killing the thing faster

def is a bit non-existent ye but a charge stacked cybel would tear through it anyway as youre archer, while agility can just completely negate the effects
