6/4 mana with 68 int isn't quite enough. assuming you cast 4 meteors in a 4 second cycle with one snake in the middle to cycle, that'd cost 15 mana, but you only have 11 total mana regen.

once it comes out, you can use the new aquamarine

Restriction: Give a placeholder item for an ornate armor if needed, same for LI items. No Mythics.

anima will lose all its mr soon and with that its pretty much impossible to get ur req of 9mr 11k hp. So i went with something else instead. Youll still have a little bit below 11k hp as ornate shadow is getting nerfed too but this comes pretty close to ur reqs.
