i assume that event horizon is supposed to be powdered
both builds are pretty swagger, though the event horizon is very prone to stacked spells due to 0 agi/def, quad is an easy fix to that, however. (if you just want an easy build to do the challenges with, your nepta is really fine. for a tankier alternative, you can simply switch to morrowind and ehoole for agi+hp)

do you count ornate shadow as fabled? if so, replace with like golden scarab. dual wielding gale's force is recommended, can also use torrential tide as a tertiary. once able to get li accessories, upgrade to hydro shit

this old fucker still sure works and is prolly better than ever. wouldnt stress about the lack of life steal as you wont be getting much out of it as a spell user anyway
and as you didnt give me a budget to bother about heres a bonus with a fresh new mythic and 129 int. yep, you could use more mana accessories, but that likely wont be nececssary with the int and cost reductions

main issue with spell warrior at EO is prolly the wretches. if you have heavy hitting quakes, you should be able to erase them with ease
