oh sorry, theyre boreal-patterned crown from hive and ornate shadow from hunter's calling

assuming that puts mythic boots out of the picture
helmet is ornate shadow. use a hpr secondary weapon when out of combat, cornucopia works and is easy to get

not gonna be able to optimize at all without a weapon so maybe try later when wynndata is updated, or get me a custom of the relic you want to use
for a generic water/fire you can try this with some appropriate relic

Hello, I planned a new Morrowind spellspam build for my mage, since the current one will occasionally run out of mana.

Chestplate is Ornate.

I want to see if I could get higher meteor damage while still having 129 intel and good mana regen (or less than 129 intel and really, really good mana regen), with a low price (I already have all the armor except ornate and Yang, so those don't count in the budget, also I have Unravel). No mythics or other Fabled items except 1 ornate piece max (also no Eldritch Outlook). Thanks.

- like moving very fast. new fabled items & mythics have beautiful potential :D
- can use crafted items, totally open to it especially w/ insane ones nowadays
- MYTHICS & MONEY: currently have good freedom. 20 stacks LE disposable to spend.
restrictions: lv 103. have fantastic internet connection. not stupid. can get most hive items/LI stuff/dungeon stuff if needed, though that is annoying :D thank u !

with unravel moon pool you lose 1 mana regen and gain about 1.3k meteor damage and 600 hp, if you want to consider that
heres something fundamentally different with pretty sweet meteors but not as much agi. uses new boreal-patterned and ornate shadow

69 agility (use capri if you want more in exchange for damage)

uses rainbow sanctuary. should get 129 int with static sp and third eye changes. no nighthawk as its major id is bugged and is supposedly getting fixed at some point

used clockwork despite the preference for damage as there isnt anything that gives a significant damage boost when compared to clockwork's defensive capabilities. nebulous and megabyte are options if you really dont care about the prior reasoning. if you find yourself running out of mana, you can consider tear of pirate cove.

conventional (boreal-patterned, ornate shadow, leictreach) like 15k meteors with new spell multiplier?
tp warp lol (mind the -tp cost, which gives you about 100 free tps)

Hey, if possible i would like two different builds, one for my mage now (around level 70) and another for late game (no restrictions)
playstyle: spell
preferences: Very powerful meteors and relatively high walk speed, the rest i am kinda new (just came back to wynn after 4 years) so no preferences
restrictions: first class: (around 5 LE) (level 70) Second class: no restrictions
