in commemoration of my first fanart (thanks @Bart (MC)) heres a rainbow build? also i changed my skin

 

playstyle: need a build to do Li (with a group)
preferences: No preferences
restrictions: No Li items or mythics
class: Mage

 

water fire is cool in a group for good heals
or just the good old air, accessories can be switched around as u like if you dont like gigabyte for one or want higher int, in which case drop clockwork

im now #1 replied-to on class builds

preferences: fire, high dmg but not glassy, has a chance against li, health regen, spell spam, mana regen (at least 5/4+ would be nice)
restrictions: no mythics

6/9 merchant/quest reward items lol
cosmic set besides the pants is really fine for spell, and at the level you prolly want the xp bonus too
if you dont feel like hunting for raindrops you can buy 2 myrrhs from christmas island

wouldnt recommend building hpr for li, as it wont be able to sustain you unless you fully commit to it by using ignis and sacrificing your damage output

the -hpr is trivial and will be recovered with life steal, if you dont have a dhydro neck yet you can replace it with a gold hydro or contrast, in which case youll need to change intensity too (coral ring?)
another issue with fire builds on li is cybel, who tends to block all fire damage. you can counter this by using a secondary (torrential tide, stinger, cluster, whatever thats not thunder or fire)

 

@Culet I can find you Raindrops, I'm currently lootrunning at that level. kill me still haven't found the rare im looking for after 1 month of daily lr

gonna include something related to me and builds on this: my builds. the builds i have currently in-game.
archer 1: stricken bolt
water melee concept stolen from @Druser. basically conc works out really well with low int, but low int is shit for spells. then what if: you used water for melee? also curse
is supposed to be using that one +tier pant but couldnt find one on the market at the time of assembling this build

archer 2: quake stinger
thought stinger was one of the coolest items for ages. came up with this armor combo also ages ago and decided to assemble it. it's really fun.

archer 3: 0mr spell ttide
banktrash put together to test 0mr 147int spell. works good, should assemble a proper 0mr spell build such as this
answers the question "how much mana is necessary for an li solo build?" correct answer being: 0
so i have 2 water archers, one with 0 int and one with 0 mana regen lol

mage 1: warp + lunar
to be improved at some point. the lunar spine used is maybe the most-known lunar in the game, featured in yy's video
heres my warp if ur interested in how it looks like

mage 2: brainwash halation (yes my halation is unpowdered)
wanted to test whether or not brainwash is usable. bought this one from the market with decent manas. then banktrashed something together and it works pretty fine, perhaps because it's mage with its relatively cheap spells
if youre wondering about an actually ok brainwash build, consider hephaestus (judas and storm brewer as alts for the mythics, or do something with hive wand)

mage 3: lunar spine
actually i lied before on the warp build, thats using some random one.
ancient design, would definitely update if i still played

then i have this 100 assassin on my wynncraft alt so i made a cool black build for it
another ancient design. made before atlas was added and cinder was the only thing you could use for a black build. also courage

then i have a couple classes filled with temp builds with no proper purpose. not gonna include those


so basically whenever ive found something cool ive made a build out of it for myself. dont actually have a single traditional spell-spam/tier stack build (unless you count water stricken bolt) which is neat

nah dw about it this is volunteer work, bother me as you'd like
think this should get you through qira, after which you can use an earth powdered hive spear for an instant upgrade
