Rolling a 48 sp or better Libra is a 0.016% chance. This is slightly better than the chances of rolling a 30 sp or better Vaward.

better question: why are you using full water with focus on melee dmg
also change boot for bloodlust (counters lunar -ls) or steamjet

B. I wondered if concentration would impact that lol

It's been hard finding an Auric for this build so mind giving a substitute for the time being?

 

If you rly don’t want health regen to be negative Lazarus brace is an option
If you are using it for the lifesteal(why would you) sinister is an option I guess

i mean you could drop it as a whole and use your braceleg slot for something else, like damage. youre only losing hp when wielding limbo. when youre in combat, your life steal will counter the - hpr. when out of combat, just wield a different weapon

 

If this were the case mind giving some examples of bracelets and secondaries?

 

jiandan handwraps are good for both health and damage, but as it may also be hard to find enmity also works.
for the secondary literally anything works, as you only have -hpr on limbo. having your fist out is a viable way to handle out-of-combat situations. for general secondary daggers ivory and slider are good picks for ivory's regens and ivory's ws

Hey can you make me a high spell dmg good walk speed assassin build that uses weathered but also suggest a back up to weathered?

 

maybe like this for more focus on ws than on the standard air
if by back up you mean a secondary then i guess blur for thunder and/or sitis for water
