what about wands?

nythiar is the best choice for a rainbow build your level, though you may look at the legendaries close to you for better damage. i would highly recommend switching to Ethereal as soon as possible

can go for libra for more damage but the sp gear will get really costly to get and tbf it's fine with far cosmos
crazy raw spell if you care not for trivial shizzle like elemental defs

 

The elemental defenses don't look awful but OH GOD that agility sure is >.<.

 

referred to the elemental defenses of mobs, as raw damage doesnt give a damn about those

Wait why Ethereal? it only has Water and neutral dmg.
also are there any good wands that do rainbow Dmg? I;m having trouble finding much..

 

As far as I know Ethereal is unconditionally a superior choice at your level. The reality of the situation is that using rainbow builds to level (as Mage in particular, and especially after the Morph set was memed on) is just… not that viable. You can reconsider the option once you hit lv100 but it's your choice whether you want to make a compromise for now.

Any advice on this freedom? I want to keep my 128int and 131agi (after that, all sp are dumped into dex so the damage is higher than it looks). Damage isn't as important. Powders on Freedom are because it looks cool, don't judge me XD.

 

for what you want to do, the build you already use is just fine. the damage is pretty low for a freedom though
(guessing you meant 129 int. no clue what the 131 agi is about)
if you wanna trade a bit of health for a similar type of build with higher damage, here's one you could use

 

Thanks for the suggestion! It's good (and probably better than my current build) but it would put me in 1-shot range against Orange Wybel/Cybel.

I want specifically 128int to account for both my actual Freedom (+5int, not +7) and a lv95 Potion of Intelligence in wars (+21int). Given these factors I should be above the 114 threshold normally and at 147 in wars.

131agi is to account for Freedom again (mine is +5agi) and a lv95 Potion of Agility in wars (+21agi) to reach the hard cap.

just gotta re-learn all the items. the update shouldnt affect my building technique in any way so ill keep this thread, start series 4 and remake the requestation formation and thats done

damage-focused but hey, you can pretty much call 1k ls by itself tanky
here's a fully fire one, damage drops a bit but it's got much better hp and def. i think this armor combo with aphotic was popular at some point

if youre alright with raw instead of neutral damage. not sure if the bug of needing base damage for raw melee to be applied still exists. if so, switch to any other super fast dagger
or if you insist that the damage has to be neutral, i will doom you with omega
