i would think in a battle of attrition like wars some sustainability-focused wand would be much more ideal than a damage-focused one like fatal
here's a fatal build anyway, not the highest damage as i went for survivability. please dump extra sp into agi

 

Doubt lifesteal or hpr can be faster than Heal. Mage dps is low enough anyway that it's probably easier to just take the highest damage weapons and rely on Heal.

 

relying on heal wont work if you get insta-killed for not having agility after spending 100 sp on a dex req

 

At that point Def is probably better tbh.

 

either way you wont be having it with 100 sp going into dex and another 68 into int

 

Completed the latter today (Caesura was pretty difficult to get). It's really nice; gotta thank for the good build. A free bump is the least I can return.

stratus should be cheap, aphotic only has one really mattering id (spell %) so it shouldnt be terribly expensive either. the largest part of the funds should go towards ex nihilo. the ephemeral may be difficult to find so for alternatives you can look into crystal/winter's essence or seipodon, in which case you may need to change drain for a necklace with skill points, such as gold hydro

oh heckity im sorry i skimmed over the request way too hard and missed the very first line lol

here's an earth braker, has high def and alright agility with the life steal. only has 3 items you need to buy from players so it's fairly straight-forward to obtain
once courage is fixed you may want to switch to diaminar or ignition instead for higher dps in the long run. if you end up doing this should change your boots as well (burnout if using diaminar, mantlewalkers if ignition)

Hi could you build me an archer build using gales force, two kazes and a ftw with at least 55k storms. I would like to have some mana regen if possible and a bit of spell dmg too. No diamond li please, but u can use up to gold. No mythic armour either. Hive is alright. Thanks in advance!

 

55k storms with given accessories is pretty near unreachable, glassed it and got to 50k

the amount of health heal restores is based on your total hp and water damage, so i went ahead and focused on those. 105 int is fairly important as is lowers your mana cost for heals to 3 mana each
geysir is the only part of the build that may cost a considerable amount. you dont have to get a 3mr one if you'd like to lower the potential cost

basically a tank build, you can dump any extra sp into strength to get at least a bit of the lost damage back

 

This is for a challenge. Can you make a build with the most negative health regen and life steal?
