Class: Assassin
Playstyle: spells
Restrictions: At least +100% walk speed. Preferably in the range of 100%-150%. All items other than mythics are OK. Crafted is OK.
Preferences: If it is possible then I would also like to have life sustain.

The damage and the spell cost and sustain of your build can be better, nice try

No sustain unfortunately, use pots
Super slow attack speed is essential for mana steal and better than mana regen on assassin due to vanish eating mana ticks
Attack speed DOES NOT affects damage, if that’s what you’re concerning about attack speed

Restrictions: Legendary (no mythics)
Preferences: something that deals damage. I'm having alot of issues with the lvl 103 quest final fight
