I don't know anything about class building so I just wanted to ask, why thunder powders?

 

thunder powders increase the base damage on a weapon by the largest average amount, and base damage is a large factor in determining the overall damage of spells (and melee, but spells are the important part here)

because of the items used (brainwash, leictreach), the air damage% stat is barely higher than thunder damage % (only 6% difference at max rolls) which still benefits thunder for damage
the difference isn't too big, but it's one of those quirky little things that class builders just love to optimize. for reference, here are the damages of the build with a thunder powder versus air powdeer


(left is thunder powder, right is air powder)
as you can see, the difference isn't that much, but it's just a small thing that might as well be done (if you play on using the olympic in later builds that would benefit more from air%, such as some ewa builds or whatnot, it's perfectly fine to powder for air here, especially as it doesn't affect powder special)

Can i have a spell archer with decent walk speed + huge damage? TWFA or TWA prefered
(It must be able to have 29k storm+ damage and the speed must be able to use the "running circle around enemy and dodge attack" method

playstyle: haul cycle spellspam
restrictions: no mythics
preferences: I like walkspeed (not that important). I know I said haul cycle but I want to do tcc and haul cycle on those platforms seems :doom:. Optional, but maybe higher hp as a failsafe if my brain cell decides to war with shaman on a non-war build. Agility over defense (pvp)

ill see if I can improve that later but meanwhile I realised that using seipodon is better than the ephemeral
