    Even ETW assassin builds without cataclysm or crafteds don't really go over the 9k unboosted spins mark while having reasonable sustain, and those builds have around 11k ehp, so it isn't really possible to fulfill those requirements without these. The more reasonable threshold is to have anywhere from 6.5k to 8.5k spins with around 20k-30k ehp and good sustain.

    these are a few variations of ETWF builds, you can play around a lot more with that, but in order to give you the best version we need to know whether you prefer tankiness over damage or the other way around (or whether you mean 10k boosted spins).

    this is technically nona and technically cancelstack but its not very tanky

    if you want to be tanky, nona/exploited rawstack or TFA tierstack will be better probably, cancelstack tends to skew glassy/low sustain
