Flameshot tierstack. Use something without strength or intel reqs (probably use contrast when you complete qira hive and get lvl 100). It doesnt have negative hpr if you have over 100% hpr in tota. Assign remaining sp to either defense or agility (I'd say defense because it increases fire dmg but you can do whatever).

also just to answer your question
tierstack = super slow weapon combined with +tiers armor to make it superfast
cancelstack = superfast weapon combined with both heavymelee armor (-tiers with a ton of raw melee) and +tiers armor to keep it superfast with big damage. (+tiers can also come from the weapon itself)

More of a feedback request, but whatever.

Class: Mage
Playstyle: Spellspam with pretty much no melee at all
Restrictions: no Mythics, Crafteds, negative HR/MS and preferably no powders on armour (despite that we all know that F6's on all pieces make a build 20% better)

it doesn't make a build 20% better. it makes fire builds 100% better and it's worthless otherwise.

no one will take you seriously on the only class whose main damage spell is rate-limited by game mechanics
you should probably also give a cps to work with since "very high" implies anything from 6-15 cps.

spell builds are normally designed to cast nonstop in the first place

ewf isn't that good, especially if you're needlessly restricting the damage element edit: i could be wrong, my below build competes with a twf equivalent so i think you're fine

third eye, memento, vanguard and inundatio all suck. shadow garb is placed badly.

this is a known, bannable exploit.

That's fine and to be expected when you're a cranky old fart with a penchant for refusing to change, like I am. Now, I suppose I should give some clarifications:

Should've mentioned it, now that I think of it: ~9 CPS.

I'm not that adamant on keeping EWF or even Water as my main damage source, as I said, so I am very open to better builds even if they have other elements. TWF, WFA, doesn't matter so long as the per-meteor damage output is bigger and EHP isn't lower (just please not Air as the main EHP source).
Edit: while, obviously, keeping it a Spellspam build.

In my dumb ass' defense, Fire is one of the 5 elements, so 100/5=20...
Dumb excuse, never mind.

Well fuck me, guess I'll now have to kiss my Infused Hive Wand a sweet goodbye (or Intensity idfk). It was a good 5 years.

I'd be grateful if you have an even better build with these other considerations in mind.
