Its a TWF mage

 

So your mana is relying on mana steal, and with -1200 ls you're gonna be hurting your hp a lot, and you have low 2 mana heals. Basically, it's going to be very painful to use
You also aren't going to get many steals (possibly mitigating my previous point) since your attack speed is super fast (you get more steal chance per hit the lower your attack speed)

My personal suggestion would be to use peaceful rest instead. But, Judas is acceptable, I'd just build mr Judas unless you are ok with losing a tenth of your health every time you get a steal. And if you do go stealing, I'd try to get super slow attack speed.

 

Im triwielding nepta prest and judas, i just used judas as an example since it doesn't skew skill points

 

Looks pretty meta then. Personally I'd use bcata for 1 cost heals at 105 int, but like, your build seems very solid (glassy by my standards, but my standards are e)

EDIT:
Also, focusing on prest or nepta could increase dps by giving you access to curse or courage

I think a lot of people get on fine with 2 cost heals, I just pulse heal every cycle
