Would you recommend downfall or fractured?

 

Class: Assassin
Preferences: I just need a build for level 94 to get up to 96

 

ill be honest if you have the money get both, and then try them out

downfall does a bit more damage, and has walk speed; walkspeed is super cool because it means you get hit less and you can hit other things more easily

fractured gives you more life sustain, if you find yourself dying / slowly draining health over the course of a boss fight, fractured is the better choice

it depends on your personal skill level, if you're confident in not getting hit/not getting hit much (which is feasible because, well, assassin gameplay) then you can probably make do with just the lifesteal from obsidian-framed helmet and drain, they're quite powerful

I personally use downfalls (but I also use dawnbreak with an additional ~140 lifesteal, and no drain) but thats like the low sustain variant for sure

 

Class: Shaman 100
Playstyle: Melee
Restrictions: No mythic, LI, and qira (yet)
Preferences: Tierstack poison build if possible

 

i don't think you can do tstack psn. there's only 1 viable poison armor compatible with tstack (dart frog's), not enough to incorporate a sufficient poison identity (~2-5k tick). doing so yields a build that is significantly less viable than tstack alone. i don't recommend the tstack i sent since i suck at building in this area, i just use it to demonstrate how poison can't fit in.

 

alternatively, if you just meant fast attack speed poison builds, they exist (i just realized there was a no qira req here so just sub contrast for literally any necklace depending on whether you want poison tankiness sustain etc)

 

For a small level range like that in the lategame, just use 7/8 Morph set with Blue Mask or something

Playstyle: Fast melee
Restrictions: No mythics/crafteda
Preferences: Panic Zealot, around 30k dps with totem, high ehp for shaman.
I see The End can be a better choice, but would like to put the +tier on PZ to use

black is not a melee weapon and there are better daggers for walk speed.

also, it's not really benefitial to build alot of ws, you'll be sacrificing on other stats

instead use a slider as secondary for your walkspeed needs

here's speedy twf slider (spellsteal, no mythics). 12ms is enough to sustain 2/1/3/3 costs on assassin as long as you cycle correctly and activate ms a lot (you can still do bcatas if you want lower costs at the cost of lower damage). the EHP may be slightly low for raids, but with some defensive buffs you should be fine. i'd still probably use the build more for non-raid stuff like li and eo
