i get it's a temp build, but the items listed are all in common use (except blazing, but the necklace slot pick doesnt really matter here) so i'd say it's worth the money and effort getting decent ones

mmmmm it really depends what you're going for

if you want to solo war hero infernal impulse is probably better (I don't have an optimized build on hand but thats kinda the idea)
if in teams, use guardian and then do some W/F dumb stuff (some dps) or just hp stack (afk)

Restrictions: cheap mythic(within 1 stx), no crafted
Preferences: high health regen

 

oh how I wish there was more poison spell support, sadly it's really only currently "good" on shaman. Still, this build should do pretty okay; you'll want to use smoke bombs to spread poison (it's good at that) and then heal off of the emeralds dropped by enemies damaged by poison and by the bomb to heal. Your main dps boost comes from courage so you'll want to get up close to charge that powder special as much as possible.
