if you disregard defences and believe in your max agi
tbh i suggest accepting up to -5mr since you wont drain and just building some ms after that or just using lunar secondary you dont need your powder special anyway

Ok just make something over 9k hp without it having a perfect hp roll
Try to make it spammable even tho dex req is getting nerfed ;-;

Why would you ever use Necrosis?... and Taurus... Together... You say you want it to be Super Fast but that doesn't matter with Taurus. Taurus is used for Melee and Necrosis destroys it completely... I would like an actual Neutral build, and if not at least don't throw trash at me.

 

Raw melee isn't affected by Necrosis, and raw melee is neutral damage... I don't know what this doesn't satisfy, though you need +13 tier Necrosis and -14 tier Taurus

 

never heard of cancer taurus, you must be new though i do apologize it's not actually a neutral build but rather a raw one, since all the damage it deals is taurus' raw at super fast and cancer's 5k poison (which is affected by curse)

 

taurus: +1.6k damage per hit
necrosis: covers the -14 tiers of attaack speed from taurus, also happens to add poison
then throw in another itemwith +tiers of attack speed

finally, a weapon with super fast attack speed for instant ~6k dps of neutral damage (some of it's poison but that's still kinda neutral damage)

(by the way, The Specialist is incredible for these kinds of builds)

 

I need an LI solo build. I know morph can do it but it takes a long time. Only 3 LI diamond tokens. Any hive or dungeon items are welcome. No mythics.

 

except last time i tried i found out raw melee damage wont be dealt if your weapon doesnt have base neutral damage, meaning you miss out on taurus' raw melee if you use specialist which doesnt make any sense but is probably the reason wishing star > drumstick and should be fixed already but probably isnt

 

like, it does in game? that's interesting. at least it looks nice on paper

 

yeah wynndata says how it should be but in-game it was different at least when i tried some months back

the neutral dmg on weapon with -700% still isnt though, so drumstick is still worse

It is ought to be slightly tankier while keeping up with other melee weapons like Ignition, Proxima, Diaminiar...

pretty fine as is but i'd recommend the new thanos legionnaire chestplate
thunder/water defs drop a bit but you get 10% damage and 30 skill points free which you could put into dex for another pretty hefty damage boost
