Treebeard says it is basically like raw spell, but for the element you powder your weapon (Which is a stupid mechanic since it neuters % spell)

Others say it splits up the raw spell into all elements instead of it just being neutral

heavy melee cata is low damage, low hp and extremely expensive compared to any other heavy melee build. there is no benefit in choosing it for heavy melee other than clout

Thats what I am currently running but I am using Ancient Runic Relik. I have Blue Mask though. I just die super fast sometimes and I can't help it.

 

I forgot to mention no morph

 

I honestly don't know if there's anything at your level that might be tankier than morph blue mask. Maybe assign only 105 int and put the rest into def?

Just use blue mask if you don't want to get phoenix prince's crown, it's basically the same level of tankiness, and blue mask gives you more damage, lol. And use like ethereal or something if you don't have bob's mythic. Royal stormy amulet isn't that important either, and mana rolls on everything doesn't have to be good, you just want to have atleast 3 mana regen.

Did...uh...somebody say courage stack mage!? (Trift heal recasts means constant heal pulses, and you average 29k meteors if you include trift damage increase and 2 courage stacks. This is my favorite support build, and my favorite mage build in general)

3mr is meta for 1/1 costs (meaning you're spamming 2 spells a second. And it's harder to cast faster than that with mage since meteor fall time is 1 second and you don't want to cancel a meteor cast)

And in the first 2 builds you have significant amounts of ms (2 in the first that will be recasted by trift) and 4 in the second

The latter 2 also have 2-3 extra mr per cycle assuming 6 cps.
