As far as I know, tanky builds are good for wars, if you want something a little less tanky with more damage, lemme know
Also, if you don't care about sustain I can push damage up to like 19k uppers

Just tested the build I gave you, it can easily solo lows
You’ll still need to bring a def pot though, and keep healing pots on you just in case, but I was able to no pot a few towers

Preferences: self sustainable, for TCC and guild wars - dmg shouldnt suck cuz of sustain sacrifice (should be some balance)

 

This is my first build, and I'd like to get some feedback about it. It's supposed to be a lvl 87 Blossom Haze build
I'm sure it's definitely not optimal, the biggest issue is obviously the mana regen, but I'm not sure how to fix it efficiently.
My goals with this build were:
- not too much -ms
- low smoke bomb cost
- decent tankyness (and damage? tbh I'm not too sure about what the average damage numbers are at this stage)
- mana regen ( obv didn't really work out)

I wanted a build that is not too squishy, so that one can run in and proc triple cherry bombs as much as possible without being at the risk of being burst down.

When you say no restrictions, does that mean I can recommend Hero?
(For guild wars I still needed a def pot for lows when soloing. Also, in guild wars I chilled at half health for saviour's damage bonus for 18k uppers, lol)

My thoughts on your build:
I wouldn't use suppression
Sequencer seems sub-optimal
Jingling Jester is practically useless without some form of stealing on your gear
(As a note: at endgame most assassins go for mana steal because you can stay in vanish longer if you have sslow, which you don't, so relying on mr is acceptable)

Thanks a lot! I have a few noob questions though:
- Why is the Black Catalyst set used so much? I know about the hidden set bonus, but like I said I am a noob and am not sure why almost every build I see uses it
- why seagazer? most of the elemental damages seem wasted to me, and I've read somewhere that most of the time its better to opt into %spelldamage
- Furthermore, I choose Jester, not because of the major id, but for the %4th spell cost, since I wanted to get the bomb cost down to 1, and I couldn't find another workaround
