Use capricorn (Or ornate shadow cloud) for a slight damage hit to get 100% walkspeed

Fractured are replaceable with gamblers for ls and ms

Your original request was a build that was functional against most bosses in the game while still having high walkspeed.
So, this build accomplishes the high walkspeed part, and has passable damage as well as passable ehp
However, the build lacks mana something fierce, your dps is going to suffer drastically from that lack of dps and is going to draw out boss fights for a long time

My suggestion is to use that cluster build with capricorn instead of pro tempore and see how you feel about it. Or try the 274% walkspeed build first and see if it's something manageable for you
The suggestions I gave you were with combat in mind

 

Class: Mage

Playstyle: Spellspam or Spellsteal

Restrictions: The Nothing (also using on my morph build, although you dont need it as the main weapon), at least semi tanky and has positive ws and mana regen, max budget a stack of LE

Can use matchbook instead of amanuensis, literally doesn't matter at all.

In this build specifically, the only stats that really matter on pro tempore are raw spell and mr, but if you’ve got the money I’d recommend investing in an all-around good one.

One more note is, make sure your intel is 68 while holding The Nothing.

If you don't want to auto-die to earth damage, you can swap ornate shadow garb in for soul signal. Loses about 3k ehp and 1k meteors, but still very respectable damage and health, and honestly this might be my pick of the two. Also has a bit higher heals due to higher raw hp.

Also why is Cancer being used in a mage build?
Is there anything better or is Peaceful Rest just the best non mythic wand? (nvm it's nepta)
