Endgame mage cancelstack is much better but much more roll sensitive -- this build is not roll sensitive at all.

A pretty bad cancelstack build, but it shows off the concept. Try making and tweaking your own.

 

Honestly, morph Olily isn't even a bad choice
And my recommendation wouldn't be...reccomendable lol

Here's something substantially less tanky than morph, but with marginally more mana and health sustain, though it's not like you need sustain for raids, so you might as well use morph

I decided to dual-wield Rhythm of the Seasons (RotS) so you don't have to rely on other sources of healing as much. Giant and Monk buffs in TCC will also give your EHP more oomph.

If I dont get any hp buffs I usually reassign my sp so I can use rune of safe passage
The dmg is high and it also has huge heals, only reason not to use it is because of -100% ws but imo it doesnt hurt because you can spam charge anyway

You've got quite a few options, and I haven't got that much experience with warrior, but thought I'd take a shot at an infernal impulse build cause it seems interesting. Uses a pro tempore but I don't think it needs super good rolls on the mana to still be good. I leaned more tanky, 64k ehp, 14k uppers, idk what's impressive in the warrior world but someone tell me if this is good or not xD
