Class: Warrior
Playstyle: Living meme
Restrictions: Must use Pandemonium, necklace must be slottable for strobelight, all positive elemental defenses at most 200 total -defense. No idol, collapse, hero. Must have 200% plot armor
Preferences: Pandemonium tank, squeeze as much dps as you can out after making it easily survivable solo and invulnerable in a team with healing. Panderift would be cool but idk if this is possible

Playstyle: SpellSpam
Restrictions: no mythics
Preferences:

mana and health regen not steal
Use eden blessed guards (Love them)

Made a similar request in the past, i just no longer care about avoiding a slow attack speed. (Old build was great, just wondering if can further improve)

Playstyle: Spell
Restrictions: I have 32 Le for this
Preferences: Something that has highish mr that isn’t insanely glassy, and not much -ws if that is a problem. If it won’t get nerfed in 1.20 that’d be great too

https://wynndata.tk/s/qrli56 pretty cheap, pretty neat and pretty few changes coming with 1.20 in some weeks (that rhymed, right?)
only item you might want to spend good money on is the time rift, unless you dont like the way it functions. in that case, replace with any spell damage chestplate (azurite, vacuum...)
a hydro necklace is currently better, but if they do end up losing all their skill points, durum's serenity it is.
most notable change in the build is that draoi will lose it's -4th spell cost, but it's there for the arrow storm cost anyway. btw if you dont have it, it can be substituted with a mana ring like gold/diamond hydro, or really anything you feel like

if youre up for more health, switching the static ring with gold solar is a good move

 

Ice Bear needs a tanky fatal build for upcoming wars. Ice Bear says preferably with high defense rather than agility, the ability to side wield KOH, while still doing decent damage. Ice Bear says though damage isn't the biggest concern for a tank build. Ice Bear says crafted items for SP is allowed.

Not a tank focused build but very survivable, don't let the <10k hp fool you; I haven't died in combat yet and its been through LI, the Eye, and solo guildwar multiple times

(if you don't have slayer, sad, if you're planning on buying a slayer don't buy anything thats selling for over 2stacks cause I swear to god some guy is trying market manipulation on slayer prices)

 

I'm interested in getting a crafted spring build, obviously spell spam and also I'd like it to be 1.20 friendly.

simple wsanc wfa
swap in shadow cowl + seagazer + yang for aphotic + shadow garb + mpc after 1.20

Restrictions: uses ignis, pref no other mythics, pretty much anything else including li/qira/ahc/grookwarts etc is fine
Preferences: 1.20 friendly build that prioritizes survivability and tankiness, damage isn't a huge concern, just want something that can act as a tank/support during wars, raids and other party oriented content

cracklers can drop the attack speed if you're pedantic about it

i imagine resu opens up some way better options but i can't be bothered trying it out

Restrictions: level 90, no mythics, no master hive, no li, no judas because csst bad
Preferences: needs third eye, needs to have decent survivability (9k hp and 60 def/agi at least)
