Yes, but not as much as gear stats

Also, at that level (if you're asking where you should put spare skill points), you're better off putting extra skill points into intelligence until you can reach intelligence thresholds, then defense or agility

Playstyle: Any really.
Preferences: Self sustaining, so probably at least some life steal.
Restrictions: Using Inferno. I'm considering getting one and want to see a build beforehand.

Playstyle: spam meteor
Restrictions: high health & decent mana regen, and uses ethereal (idrc abt health regen as long as it's not negative). Also needs to be under lv 75(ish)
Preferences: Needs to be under lv 75(ish), use vinidator or something else with magnet. Also would be very kwel if you could heavily buff attack damage.

the necklace slot is pretty irrelevant, find an mr/ms neck if you can, otherwise damage
you could afford to not have one if you really don't care

as examples, 1k storms is great if it fits in your build (too lazy to check), gold hy/steam from LI work too

I'd like to see what a stinger build would like like because i rolled a really good one, and im not sure on the playstyle because I dont know what stinger builds are best
