lootrunning builds are currently dominated by crafted items as they are the only way to obtain loot quality but this is a non crafted one that has some damage items https://wynndata.tk/s/4j59p0 if you need more loot bonus you can always swap your helmet out for pelier and boots for pirates luck.

https://wynndata.tk/s/268kg9 actually kinda sick, low mana sustain but you get 24k hits and big chain lightnings and can also just spam spin 7 times every hit so not bad.

 

Ok so first a little explanation: Tankiness is based on multiple factors, health is one but defense and agility also effect it. the build previously sent to you had 106 defense, I would consider that very tanky.

Secondly: Assassin likes mana steal and life steal, this is because vanish is your most important spell and vanish can delete mana regen ticks. Mana steal likes super slow because that way its more consistent so for example you only have to melee once and then you can start spell cycling along with chain lightning being far better.
