Build Assassin Class Using Command Blocks (1.14.3)

Hi there!

I've recently learned how to use command blocks in the later versions of vanilla Minecraft and wanted to apply them somewhere, so I created the spells in Wynncraft's assassin class. Although I was able to reciprocate the major features for each spell, I skipped a bit here and there because I found their implementation to be difficult (or it was straight-up, not possible to implement it.)
