Arrow Storm doesn't register on tcc boss?

    Can't tell if it's meant to be because he's "stone" and I can't penetrate, or if this is just a bug. My poison applies but from testing, the arrows themselves don't do any damage. By no damage, I literally mean 0 damage when per storm, I average 72k dps raw with rainbow. Figured the buffs would make a difference but it doesn't.

    Does anyone have some insight into this?
