Buying Armor, Accessories, & Wands For Level 79

I'm looking for armor, accessories, and possibly wands that I can use.

I am a level 79 mage with a lot of Intelligence as well as some Agility, Strength, and Defense. I focus on water damage.

I care about the following IDs:

1. Mana regen
2. Mana steal
3. Spell damage
4. Mana steal
5. Water damage
6. XP bonus
7. Loot bonus
8. Intelligence

I don't really care very much about other IDs such as health regen or melee damage.

Other notes:

• Wand should have a fast or better attack speed.
• Good water damage on the wand would be nice.
• I am interested in the 'Jester' set of accessories.
• I am willing to buy items that I am currently a too low level to use.
