Oh nice! Im feeling there is more to the talking mushroom than we know right now. I have a feeling this is unfinished after the lab under Ariodo, but im not certain. There might be something else hidden inside tRoL, it's never been fully explored right?

Since it's saying "for now" im guessing we're going to be able to do more stuff with the mushroom when the dungeon comes out. But, im still not certain.

 

Is there a possibility that some of the mushroom diologue changes after going to the lab?

 

Maybe, i suppose i can check.

 

The nbt data for mushroom stays at 2 tags and this isn't in a quest, so I doubt it

 

Try to find if the Lime mushroom really exist, if it is the cousin of The Talking Muhsroom, he was probably humanoid too in the past before being transformed.

Well note the, "HES ALL LIME GREEN" which would mean he's a green cat... although a meowing mushroom doesn't make sense either.

 

Neither does a talking one. But we WERE told that in the lab multiple organisms were combined. Mushroom-Cat is perfectly viable...

Try to get the wynnpack into a singleplayer world and search for a lime mushroom texture,
If not found , then there are 3 possibilities :
-it doesn't exist.
-its a MOB , not an item (like wybels)
-its not out/created yet in game

 

Oh, I was going to go with it just being another mushroom with the other texture. Like its called green but it just uses the red texutre.

Or that its a giant multi-block npc like the forest guardian or various dragons
