are vanilla minecraft items rare?

I have two vanilla minecraft items in my e-chest that i've had for awhile, a painting and a cobblestone. I have no idea where the painting came from but the cobble i remember dropped from an explosion during a quest (pretty sure the one where you visit Eltom) what do i do with em? they aren't ghost and seem pretty permanent as I can move them around and such

It is punishable by ban iirc; sadly the only thing to do is destroy them/drop them.
