Are these pants any good?

I go these while grinding in the slime cave near Almuj, are they any good? Should I sell em or is is better if I wear it? I'm a Lv 43 summoner shaman rn.

 

In general, it's not so much whether something is good or bad but rather whether it's good or bad for your build. If this fits your build it definitely seems useful for summoner to not have to refresh their totem as often. However it does decrease the damage you'll deal, so it's a trade-off. Personally I would compare it to whatever I am currently using or what I would be using instead and see if it seems more useful than that.

If you decide to use that you should reroll it, as currently the only 3 stats that matter on that (main attack damage, spell damage, health regen) have really low rolls.
