looking to make a max (or at lease 300%) walk speed archer build which costs as little as possible. No mythical.

400ws is the cap anyway so..

400% ws without consumables

combine it with any crafted consumable that gives 114%+ = 400% ws

or you could skip the crafted stuff and get a lv 95 agility pot (+50%) for a total of 336% ws which already quite good

Thanks for the suggestions, the non crafted build looks perfect and I already have some of the items. Are the air powders necessary on the bow though? I wouldn’t imagine they would help walk speed unless I’m wrong.
