Cause legit the buyout should be 1stack, just because this thing is meta doesn't make it worth as much as you're selling it for. Average lifesteal is 300+ this is 200 below average. I rather spend 3stax on a good mythic than on a 520% Pure when it does less damage than max spell damage Ethereal ey? Won't you as well? Lel

 

It shouldn't be 1 stack..... Also a 520% Pure does way more than an ethereal .-.

 

The average life steal on apoc is 400
