    Plot twist: You need the gems, which are a 1% drop from a rare mob, to access a shop and trade them for a special weapon (where the trade has a 20% succession rate), which you then use to kill the Corrupted Ice barrows key guardian to get the key (which has a 40% drop chance), then repair it with 2 stacks of Uth runes (which will give you a random key out of the ones created with uth runes), to be able to access the dungeon.

    Oh, and each time you complete everything, you need to find new gems etc... :D (now THIS is how to make a game more rng based.)

    Seriously though, Sanos, what a subtle update on the stuff happening rn...

    Those gems are not yet added ingame. All of them as far as I know are new textures.
    There are FOUR emeralds in the image, after 5 in the last one, 6 before that and 7 in the first. THIS IS A COUNTDOWN

    If that assumption is correct, the last teaser had 6 emeralds, this one has 4, its been 2 weeks inbetween those 2: 4 weeks until the update.

    I doubt it though.
